Oral Presentation Guidelines
- Plenary Lectures: 50 minutes, including Q&A
- Keynote Lectures: 30 minutes, including Q&A
- Invited Lectures: 20 minutes, including Q&A
- Oral Presentations: 15 minutes, including Q&A
You may use the computer in your session room. In this case, submit your presentation to the computer in your session room no later than the session before yours.
Alternatively, you may also use your own computer. Be sure to bring the necessary adapter.
The conference committee will provide laser pointers.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
The poster board is A0 size and is oriented in portrait.
The posters will be on display from July 26th until July 30th.
Please bring your printed posters with you and put them up on July 26th in the morning.
