Presentation Guidelines

• Plenary Lectures: 50 minutes, including Q&A
• Keynote Lectures: 30 minutes, including Q&A
• Invited Lectures: 20 minutes, including Q&A
• Oral Presentations: 15 minutes, including Q&A

Please prepare your presentations in 16:9 format.

You may use the computer in your session room. In this case, submit your presentation to the computer in your session room no later than the session before yours.

Alternatively, you may also use your own computer.

The conference committee will provide laser pointers.

The poster board is A0 size.

The posters will be on display from July 26^th until July 30^th.

Please bring your printed posters with you and put them up on July 26^th in the morning.
