Professor Henri Groult passed away on June 28, 2026, leaving a void in our fluorine community.

He was a renowned scientist who made significant contributions to the international recognition of French fluorine chemistry.

From 2008 to 2016, he served as director of the CNRS GIS "Réseau Français du Fluor" (French Fluorine Network), which he helped develop into the active network it is today.
